Hydration today is going to be key. Pre-hydrate, during hydrate, and post-hydrate. Watch out for the sports drinks, they have a ton of sodium in them. Sodium pulls water, so as you find yourself going to the bathroom, you will in essence be dehydrating yourself faster. If you mix, mix your sports drink in another bottle with water. ideally at a 1:1 ratio or more. Lastly, be sure you check the updated schedule. it went pretty smoothly with only a minor hiccup, (MARLA!!! HAHA) Keep up the good work. With class being concluded the 6 month picture dump has begun. Wow how far some of you have come.
