Tuesday 7-19-2011

There will be no Skill/Strength today due to the lengthy WOD.  So get here early, at the normal stretch time, (30 minutes prior to the start of the WOD) and you can get started as soon as you're ready and warm. See you guys at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm tonight! 

BE SURE TO HYDRATE THROUGHOUT THE DAY!! BRING LOTS OF WATER WITH YOU TO THE WORKOUT, REFILL IT AS MUCH AS NEEDED AND BE SMART.  It's going to be super hot these next couple of days, as I'm sure most of you guys felt that yesterday. Listen to your body!

10 Pull-ups

20 Push-ups

30 Sit-ups

40 Squats
