Tuesday 8-9-2011 (Burpee Challenge #1)
Burpee Challenge begins today. Here's how it work, each day you do however many burpees are posted in the heading. If you miss a day (or a few) you have the sum of all the burpees missed to accomplish. The challenge isn't over until we complete 100 on day 100. What a nice way to spend a little over 3 months of work. Also, the Paleo challenge is going to be starting soon, so start getting those recipes together. We are not sure what we are going to be offering as prizes, but we are looking at September 1 as the start date. This way everyone is back from vacations and is settled for the fall.
