Tuesday - August 26th, 2014

Today starts the morning open gyms!  I'll be here from 8am-11:15am Tuesday/Thursday/Friday with classes at 8:30am and 10:15am.  Hope to see you guys utilize the new class time as well as the open gym if your schedule permits!  I'll be at the gym tomorrow painting in between classes tomorrow from 7am-12pm.  Anyone willing to lend a hand would be awesome!  Thanks guys!

Work on Overhead Squats (if your form work on finding your 1 rep max)

 WOD "Coe" - can someone find when we did this last?  It's been several months.

10 Thrusters (95/65)

10 Ring Pushups
