Yeah yeah yeah we've heard it in the news: SNOW! With this being said, be sure to check the website before afternoon classes tomorrow.  Unless something is posted, CLASSES WILL BE ON!

Skill/Strength

NONE: get started on the workout.  Use the remaining time to work on goal work.  (double unders, chest to bar pull-ups, hand stands, muscle ups, work on GHDs if you've never attempted, etc.)

WOD "Stephen"

Third Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry member Corporal Stephen Bouzane, 26, was killed by an IED strike June 20th, 2007 in the Panjwaii district in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Fred and Moureen Bouzane and his sister Kelly.First posted 7 February 2010
