Want a chance to write up a WOD and possibly have it done in class? Here is your chance! If you want, write up a workout and send it to me: email@example.com and will randomly select one to do from time to time. Name it also! I will figure out the modifications for people who cannot do certain movements, but come up with a workout that you'd like to do/see done in the gym here. And it doesn't have to be a super long workout. It can be anything. 3-2-1 GO!
Don't forget about yoga this Thursday at 7:15am! If you can make it to the 6:15am class and stick around for the 7:15am yoga class that would be awesome! (or stay for the 8:30am class)! Meghan goes on vacation for a week or so after this Thursdays class, but will keep you all posted when the next class will be held upon her return! Thanks!
