Tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be taking measurements, pictures and weighing in for those of you participating in the Paleo Challenge.  I highly suggest you do your research as to planning meals and buying ingredients.  It's easy if you keep variety in your diet and not eat the same boring thing (you'll never stick to something like that).  Make it fun.
