Work on Jump roping...double unders, triple unders, or singles.  We will be starting the workout a bit early to make sure we finish in time for the next class.  

WOD 'Teamwork"

Teams of 2 for a 30minute AMRAP:

12x Burpees (Partner 1)

12x PushPress (Partner 2)

12x SDHP (Partner 1)

12each Lateral Bar Hops (Partner 2)

(Both teammates will run together, but Partner 1 will HOLD A medicine ball while running (20/14) the first round)

When you come back from your run Partner 2 will begin...until the next round...
