Nice work yesterday everybody.  Had quite a few PRs on back squats and the Clean and Jerk.  Keep up the good work!!!  On a side note finish the reps people.  Dumping the bar after the pull in the deadlift is an incomplete rep.  Movement standards are for the bar to be released, from your hands, after it retouches the ground.  Technically some of you only completed 4 of the 5 reps, so next time finish the rep to finish the WOD.
