Very nice job to everyone who participated in the Memorial Day Workout (Murph) yesterday.  It was a tough one, but everyone did great in the scorching heat!

This is a 21 minute workout. You will be at each station for 1 minute. Your score is the total number of perfectly executed reps. (If you are unable to jump over the bar, you are allowed to step over the bar; however, those of you who are capable of jumping and are just too tied, not so much luck!)
 
1' Deadlift
1' Lateral Jumps (over the bar)
1' Pushups
