This mornings starts the change of our new schedule.  No 4:30am, but rather a 430am and a 615am on Tuesdays/Thursdays.  ALL OTHER TIMES ARE THE SAME...

8 each leg Pistol Squats (1 leg squat to box if you cannot do PISTOLS)
8 Power Cleans (135/95)

x4 Rounds or 20' AMRAP (whichever comes first)
