Tuesday - October 16, 2012 (Burpee Challenge 35)

There will be no Skill/Strength today as this workout will take you a decent amount of time.  We did this workout back in June. Please compare your times to "Abate"  back in June.  Attendance has been down on days that there is running; you are only hurting yourself if you come on days that you WANT to do the workout.  To better yourself, you need to come to the workouts that you "don't" want to do as well.  If you are having a hard time with this then I suggest that you DO NOT look at the workout for that day.  If attendance continues to be low on days of really hard workouts, I will stop posting the WODs.  Either way works for me.

THE WORKOUT WILL START PROMPTLY AT SKILL/STRENGTH TIME TODAY...Your bar must be set up and ready to go by then.  Lets do this!
