There will be no 10:15am class this Friday, October 31st, so please make note of this and come to one of the other classes if possible.  Friday will also be Halloween Dress Up Day.  Come dressed in your Halloween outfit to WOD it up! 

YOGA is canceled for this evening (Tuesday, October 28th) as Meghan has a prior obligation.  Yoga will be rescheduled for this Thursday, October 30th at 7:15am. Lets try to make this class big ladies and gents!  

Skill/Strength

None (get started on the WOD)

WOD "Partner Workout"

While one person runs, the other person will perform as many reps as possible of each of the follow:

MedBall Russian Twists

Jumping Pullups

HR Pushups

Burpee Rope Chop

Dumbell PushPress (40/20)

x3 for time & reps; OR 45' cap for reps

*The 1st round you and your partner will be running to 4th street and back (one at a time of course to gauge when you and your partner will switch)

2nd round will be to 3rd street and back

3rd round will be lunging to the end of the road (Lee Street Stop Sign) and running back

BOTH PARTNERS HAVE TO PERFORM EACH EXERCISE, BEFORE THEY CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT.
