Hang Squat Snatch 1-1-1-1-1 (goal is to catch in the squat with arms fully extended)

recovery: 5e Plank Rows


800m run then:

4 rounds of

5 Deadlift (225/155)

5 Handstand Pushups (15 Plyo Pushups)

15 Pullups

then another 800m run

for time
