We are proud to announce that starting today, Tuesday, October 7th, we have Gwen Stoltzfus, one of our athletes, opening up her hands to you for massages! She is all decked out in a small room in the back of the 3rd bay.
She is available by appointment every day BY APPOINTMENT:

Types of Massages (30-Minute or 60-Minute):
Swedish/Stress Reduction -Massage oil or cream is used with smooth,gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage -Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and
connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of
motion and help to heal injuries below the surface.
Every minute for 20 min, Alternating movements
Odd minutes 5 back squats (185/95)-go up or down as you see fit...
Even minutes 7 ring dips
–Rest 5 minutes–
1 mile Run
40e Scissor Jumps
