Not much to say tonite.  Been a ridiculously busy day.  Quick reminder to you all that your weight/load you choose for a workout is ultimately up to you.  We can only suggest things and make sure you are doing it right.  If something feels off, don't hide.  Go see the trainer and tell them the issue, so that they can correct it.  If something hurts, go see the trainer, so that they can give you something different (that doesn't hurt).  If you get hurt, go see your trainer immediately.  Don't push through it because you don't want to be a quitter.  Think about it like this, if you hurt yourself so bad that you have to take an extended time off, that is alot worse than cutting one workout short.  Lastly, if your body says it needs rest, give it that rest.  There will be plenty of workouts to take on.

Today is the first named WOD that we have done with the WOD WALL of FAME WALL.  The left side is going to be used for the top male times, while right side is for the... you guess it, tope female times.  The wall is going to have the "Girls Named WODs" and pure strength and cardio records.  So if you want to get on it, do the WOD as prescribed and have one of the top 5 times.  It's that simple.
