For those ready to work on the Olympic Lifts, Power, and Strength this is the session for you.  It has an open gym concept where you can work on whatever you want, just it has to pertain to bar work.  Trainer/s shall be there of course to help you with little tweeks on your form, or for suggestions on what to do to get stronger.  This class IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS, or those with and nagging injuries.  Perfect the movements first or allow your body to heal then come in and become an absolute monster.  Utilizing the concepts learned through the Catalyst Athletics Weightlifting Program, we shall all become better lifters.  Check schedule for days and times.
