30 Pikes
30e Russian Twists (no weight, go for speed)
30 Toe Touches
30e Belly Taps
x3 rounds (or until the start of the WOD)
WOD "Partner WOD"
50 Pullups
100 Box Jumps
1500Meter Row
150 Push Press (55/35)
200 Pushups
300 Jump Squats
While one person is working on the above movements, the partner is jumping rope. Switch when needed and continue this routine until you have completed the entire workout as a team.
