Wednesday 11-16-2011 (BURPEE CHALLENGE 100)

The Final Day of the Burpee Challenge has arrived.  3+ months of burpees have finally come to an end.  Rememeber to put the hands down on the ground before you kick the legs back.  Otherwise you are putting undo stress on your shoulders.
