Wednesday 2-15-2012

Remember people to check the previous posts on the schedule changed for this week, and this week only.  Crystal and I shall be in Ohio for the last few days before the next 6 months of our lives become crazy.  Carlina and Parker shall be running Warrenton and Amissville respectively in our absence.  You should all now have some sort of notebook to keep track of your results, if you do not, expect penalties.  I personally don't know how you expect to track your results, and know what to focus on during your free time when you don't have anything to compare stuff with.

 The 2012 Games Begin in 1 WEEK from today!!!

recovery: elbow plank 1'
15 Push Press
15 Plyo Pushups
15 Hang Squat Cleans
15 Squat Jumps
4 rounds for time (Push Press & Front Squats are at the same weight)
