Pretty happy to say I have not had to go on a verbal lashing towards anyone in terms of "Mechanics First, then Intensiy".  Everyone at both gyms is making sure their form is at its best during WODs, and resting when it starts going bad to regain good form.  Don't be upset if "Joe Schmo" next to you isn't able to get full range of motion in a movement, simply believe that they are doing the best they can.  Eventually they will get there when their body allows them.  Don't be a party pooper.
