Effective immediately: if you don't arrive 15' prior to the WOD start time you will not be able to work out. You need to allow your body time to warm up and it is not fair to the trainers/other athletes who are there on time and ready to go, to have to wait for you to prepare for the workout to begin.
Work on knees/elbows or toes to bars...
If these movements are conquered, then work on MAX REPS of toes to bars. Remember, on knees to elbows, your knees actually have to TOUCH your elbows.
