Everyone did a great job in the partner WOD yesterday. The 4:30pm Warrenton class yesterday got a little taste of my annoyance.  TRUST ME, I will go over everything in the workout when everyone arrives.  When everyone walks in and asks me what something is or I don't know how to do this, just wait until everyone gets here and I will explain (as well as the modifications).  This is also another important reason why you must arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to the WOD start time so you know what you're actually doing in the workout.  Also remember whatever you put in to the workout is what you will get out of this workout; the level of "suck" is up to you.

Let's focus on form today on the SDHP's because when you get tired, your form may suffer, so take a step back, get your posture right and USE YOUR HIPS or you'll feel it in the back.  Be smart!

Set up rings and go over the correct way to perform muscle up/MU progression

WOD "Tyler"

7 Muscle Ups

21 SDHP (95/65)

Guys be smart with the weight.  There are a lot of reps total so if you feel 65 is too heavy from the start, then go down, as you will not be allowed to adjust weights mid-workout.
