Alright people let's remind you about nutrition.  More specifically, fueling your body for success (during the workout).  If you don't eat you WILL NOT have the energy to put out a good performance during the WOD.  Now everyone should know that complex foods are better for you because they have a more prolonged energy release, than simple meals/foods.  In really quick conclusion; don't miss your meals, eat the right foods, and don't try to eat a huge thing before you come workout (you risk us getting to see what you tried to eat).
