Wednesday 9-14-2011 (BC 37)

OK, here goes the schedule for this weekend.  We have decided on 2 workouts to complete.  The first one, which everyone already knows, is "Fight Gone Bad".  The second is going to be a surprise WOD, which you shall find the details of on your arrival. "Fight Gone Bad" workouts shall begin at 10, 11, 12, and 1pm.  The UNKNOWN WOD will begin at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30pm.  E-mail Crystal at to reserve a space.  Don't feel pressured to reserve a particular time slot.  Reserving is not required, but is recommended, so that there is less waiting around.  Otherwise, just show up, and you will get to do a WOD when it begins (after we warm you up, and show you what you have to do).  You don't have to complete both workouts, the primary workout is FGB.  The second WOD is just an added bonus.
