Rain rain go away, too bad it's here to stay.  What cold wet weather we're scheduled to have.  This means no hill sprints for some time, which is good for some.  But this means pure pain for others.  Time to destroy some muscle groups.  Mimi... Today's WOD is for you.

25/50/75/100 Air Squats
20/15/10/5 Strict Pullups
25/25/25/25 Double Unders
for time (25' Cap so use a thick enough band)
