1 min SDHP (75/55)

1 min Box Jumps (20'')

1 min PushPress (75/55)

1 min Rower (Calories)

1 min REST

1minute at each station for total reps at the end of each ROUND...then rest 1'....for 3 rounds.  You will have 3 different scores; 1 for each round.
