Anyone planning to attend the 430am class, today, wanting to do skill/strength, come early!  Otherwise you can come back at 7pm and do it during open gym.

recovery of work on HS Pushups

10e Forward-Reverse Lunges with KB held overhead in opposite arm of the moving leg

20 Hand Release Pushups (NO HIP TOUCH)

30 Pullins

x4 Rounds for time
