Lets get this year started off right folks!  We will be starting another Paleo challenge next week, Monday, January 7th. This one will be a 53 day challenge ending at the end of February. We will weigh in again on March 1st.  If you want to participate, you MUST bring your $10 before you get measured, weighed or picture. Last time we did the challenge we had multiple people who didn't pay and it wasn't fair to the winners...So if you're gonna participate, please bring money on the day you're measured. All the money that goes into the Challenge is what the winner will walk home with.  Last time the pot was up to $250.  I have a feeling it will be even bigger this time around!  Let's do this!  Who's in?? Feel free to post any "good" recipes on the CrossFit Warrenton facebook page to share with others.

 

Skill/Strength
Wendler/Goal Work (Open Gym) -or- Run mile if we catch you doing nothing.  This includes "fake" stretching.  Trainers will be the judge of this. Seriously need to utilize this time to work on things you want to get better at.

30e-20e-10e uni arm DB Snatches (must complete all reps on one side before switching)
30-20-10 Pullups
30e-20e-10e Alternating Scissor Jumps
