Great work to everyone this week so far.  You've really been hitting it hard in here!  Keep up the great work.  

ATTENTION EARLY AM CLASS GOERS:  The 5:15/5:30am class has been VERY SLIM lately, like 1 person for the most part.  If we don't get more attendance at this class, we will canceling it until we have more of a demand for it.  If you are someone who would really like to see it stay, you better start showing up at this time.  Otherwise we will do away with this class, for the time being, and the only early AM class will be the 4:30am.  If you have any questions/comment about this, the door is always open so please don't hesitate to contact me: crystal@crossfitwarrenton.com
