SCHEDULE CHANGES!

Next Friday, July 25th, will be the last day we offer the 11:30am classes on Monday/Wednesday/Fridays. I wanted to ask you guys about another late morning class that would be ideal for you along with the 830am class on TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS. Perhaps 9:30am or 10:30am? Please let me know and we will see what we can do...

And, on a side note, if attendance doesn't pick up at the 615am class on Tuesday/Thursday, we will be canceling that class also. We added it per several requests and no-one, with the exception of 1 or 2 people (if any at all) have every showed up to that class.

Thanks guys! We are trying our best to accommodate you all, but make smart business decisions at the same time. Thanks, again!

Also: Just a reminder that there is NO Yoga this Saturday, but instead, YOGA will be held this upcoming Friday (July 18th) at 6pm and Sunday (July 20th) at 10:30am.
