Remember that there is NO CLASS tomorrow in honor of the 4th of July holiday.  Also make note that this upcoming Friday, July 5th is 1st Fridays in Old Town Warrenton.  With this being said, we will only be holding a 4pm class at the gym and will be doing "mini WODs" at the event.  So anyone wanting to workout after the 4pm class, come and meet us up at the 1st Friday event.  We will be near 5th street.
