Set up your pullups station for WOD, work on OH Squat form and determine a weight that you're comfortable doing during the WOD. It should be a challenging weight, but not impossible. If there is time remaining before the WOD, your trainer will determine your skill/strength for the day.

30 Pullups
9 Overhead Squats (95/65)
18 Pullups
