Workout (as with all Wednesdays) will start promptly at 4:45am.  Who's in?? Let's make it a big class people!  I'll TRY to be there early if anyone wants to work on skill/strength.  

Happy belated birthday to Vicki, Chelsea, and Shannon!  I will keep their ages a secret, but they are ALL exceptional people!  Amy's birthday is on Sunday, so don't forget to wish her a happy bday!  Anyone else's birthday coming up??

4 minutes of Clean & Jerks (135/95)

4 minutes of Rowing (keep track of meters)

4 minutes of Burpees

so this is a 12' AMRAP with a score of how many C&J, meters, how many burpees (example: 52, 1020meters, 65) -now who's gonna reach those numbers?
