Don't forget that today we will be holding our first Wednesday NOON class!  All other classes remain the same, this is just an additional class that Steph will be coaching...Come and visit her at noon if it works in your favor!

Just wanted to give you all an update on Gramps.  He had surgery today to have his thyroid removed, and his wife called and informed us that he is in recovery and all is well!  If anyone wanted to send him a card, get well note, whatever, text/email me and I'll forward you his address.  :)  I'm sure he'd appreciate it hearing from those who know him...:)
