As I stated on Facebook, the gym is 100% done (minus the bathrooms), so you can now stay AFTER you finish your WOD and work on things.  The only stipulation is that you stay out of the class' way and clean up after yourself.  When I say stay out o the classes way, I mean it.  Do not interfere with them at all, or we will have to take this privilege away.  

Barbells for Boobs is scheduled for October 26, 2013 at noon.  Everybody who shows up for the Saturday WOD will be completing the workout.  There shall be no 11am workout on the 26th, just the noon workout.  Click the link below for info on the fundraiser, or to simply donate for the cause.

40e X'ing rope chops

20 Pull-ups

400m Run

4 rounds for time (25' CAP)

(The ideal rope length for males is 50' and for women is 40'.  The 50' ropes are hanging on the wall to the electrical closet.  The 40' and 30' ropes are hanging on the wall above the rope anchors.  If anyone has any colored duct tape or electrical tape it would be greatly appreciated so that I can mark the ends, so that people know what lengths the are without having to stretch them out.  Don't fret if your rope is the wrong length, it will still work the exact same.  Be sure you put them back where you grabbed them at the end.)
