CONGRATULATIONS to the Paleo Challenge (August 1-September 1) Winners!! That's right, WINNERS! We had a hard time deciding between Jonathan Myatt and Jennifer Hobbs! They not only lost several inches AND several pounds during the challenge, but the really stuck to it. Asking for tips, pointers throughout the challenge, and talking to others about their shopping list/recipes and struggles to stay strong. But they did it. I know many of you guys stuck to it too as others slacked off (you know who you are). Nice job to EVERYONE who participated; it's not always the easiest challenge. For the most part, everyone who participated and weighed in lost something, so that's really something to be proud of.
Burpee Challenge is something that you will do on our own for the next 100 days. Today is day 1 of the burpee challenge, so you will do 1 burpee on your own. Tomorrow will be day 2; you will do 2 burpees. Friday will be day 3; you will do 3 burpees. So on and so forth until day 100. You can perform burpees throughout the day to reach your number or you can do them all at once. As the number gets higher, breaking them up might be wise. I'm pretty sure Quentin and Steve, and maybe Isaac stuck to the burpee challenge last year, did anyone else? Let's see if you can make it through all 100 days.
