Tonite again we gave Basics class.  As was stated the other day it is not a workout.  It is simply an instructional session where the group works on 1 movement at a time.

Superb blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
I'm planning to start my own site soon but I'm a
little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform
like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out
there that I'm completely confused .. Any ideas? Many thanks!

Hmm is anyone else having problems with the pictures on this blog
loading? I'm trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it's
the blog. Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.

Wow! This blog looks just like my old one! It's on a entirely different subject but it has
pretty much the same page layout and design. Superb choice of colors!
