50 Box Step Ups (20# dumbbells to 20” box MEN) (10# dumbbells to a 16” ladies)
15 Cleans (95/65)
50 Stepups
10 Snatches (95/65)
Mods: go lighter/use no weight or step up on small box. Same weight for snatches/cleans, go lighter if you must, you can also opt to do DB snatches instead.
