5e uni side wipers (bent/ straight leg)
20e 1/2 side plank w/ top leg lift
30e uni leg bridge
5e x’ng hand to elbow plank

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
If no pull-up bar complete 15e bent over rows
MOD: 1/2 the reps for all movements
