10 DB Hang Squat Cleans
6 Handstand Push-ups on dumbbells

R+ is hands on DBs for HSPU…there’s no button to press for this so write R+ in notes section
MOD 1: do fewer rounds
MOD 2: 10 STRICT shoulder to Overhead press instead of HS Pushups (if youd like to do both sides of Strict press each round because your DB is a bit light; please do so)
*if 1 DB alternate between Right/Left side each round (essentially 6 rounds per side when all said and done)
*if you have 2 DBs please use both! Even if they are different weights, just swap the weights to the other side each round.
If you have a heavier object around the house (Mary had a cool water jug!) feel free to use 2 hands for a heavier object for both cleans and/or shoulder to overhead.
