400 Meter Run, 26 KB/DB Swings (53/35 or whatever you have)

400 Meter Run, 26 AbMat Sit-ups

400 Meter Run, 26 Deadlifts (DB/KB/Bar or whatever you have)

400 Meter Run, 26 Air Squats

400 Meter Run, 26 Box Jumps/Stepups/HIGH Jump Squats (if you don’t have anything to step up to)
