Deadlifts, 225# / 155#
Handstand Push-ups
You will use whatever weight you have available to complete what should be the total lifted weight above:

Men: if you have 225# than perform 21-15-9 as written above. If you have 2-DBs @ 50# you will have to complete 48-34-21 to equal the recommended weightlifting requirement.

Ladies if you have 2-35# for instance your rep scheme would be 47-34-20 to reach the same weight.

*if you only have 1 weight it’s still doable; you’ll just have more reps! Try to switch hands evenly…
