AT HOME “Bergeron DB-Beep Test (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM for as long as possible:

7 Single Dumbbell Goblet Thrusters

7 Alternating Single Dumbbell Power Snatches

7 Burpees

After 10 Rounds: Add (1) Rep to Each Movement
Try to get 7-10 rounds today…if you find that you can’t even get 1 round of 7 reps within the minute…drop down to 6 reps or 5…it SHOULD be challenging but no impossible!

AT HOME May 4th 2020 Part 2 (Time)

80 steps of Farmers Carry (1 or 2 Dumbells)

60e Russian Twists

15each leg Forward into Reverse Lunges

Rx x3

R+ x4
no weight for Russian Twists (unless you want to) and the count is 1,1..2,2..3,3..etc

For-Rev Lunges: RIGHT leg stationary while left leg moves into a forward lunge and then RIGHT leg moves into a reverse lunge=1 rep…15e way/each side

if you can’t lunge, watch video for 30 split lunges/side option…or the alternative to that is 60 air squats
