3 Giant Sets:

9 Double Dumbbell Single Legged Deadlifts (Left)

9 Double Dumbbell Single Legged Deadlifts (Right)

15 Double Dumbbell Stiff-Legged Sumo Deadlifts

21 Dumbbell Weighted Glute Bridges

If you only have ONE dumbbell hold it with both hands at the ends of the Dumbbells. If you have 2 different weight DBs, use both, but switch them up..
