:30 Walking Cradle Stretch

FARMERS CARRY (up hill to tables, back down to Lee St and back to your spot)

30 AbMat Situps

*30 Hand Release Push-up penalty (to be completed at the end) for each time you have to set down you Dumbells on the Farmers Carry.

AT HOME: 120 Walking Steps for farmers Carry, holding 2DBs if youve got then. otherwise switch hands after 60 steps.

If you can’t jump for scissor jumps, just do split lunges 30e instead or 60 air squats
