10 Muscle Snatches (bar only)

10 Power Snatches (bar only)

10 Power Snatches, stick the landing, then follow it down to a 3 second OH Squat hold

10 Squat Snatches

Hang Power Snatch (10′ EMOM (2 reps each minute))

On the Minute x 10:

2 Hang Power Snatches

*Increase weight each round if you’d like or stay at the same weight.
