Deload week. If you will be continuing with Cycle 2 of Wendler NEXT week (Dec 7th will start the new Cycle). Add 5lb on to your Estimated 1RM for the Shoulder Press and add 10lb to your Deadlift/Squat (If you dont know what your new Max is based off of your numbers from Cycle 1).
