Rules for Magadishu Mile: *Your KB is your ‘Ranger Buddy’ and you cannot lose physcial contact with it at any time. You may rest is on your body, or set it on the ground with one hands touching it, but do not let go completely.

* If you DO let your KB go, you forfeit the progress of that round, and you must start the round over.

*On the run, you are not allowed (per crystal) to rest weight on the ground during your run AT ALL, if you think you will, run without the KB.
