Labor Day Monday Classes will be held in “heats” @ 8:30am, 8:45am, 9am, 915am, 930am. Please reserve your spot in class. These are the times in which you will START the workout.

Be sure to get there earlier than your start time to warmup a bit, prior to starting your Row.

There will be “open gym” from 6am-8:30am and then again at 5pm-6pm so you can come in at your leisure, and start on your own, if you wish. But you will be “on your own” during these Open Gym hours
